Dingle Single Malt
The first core range release of Dingle whiskey. This is a triple distilled single malt and has been vatted exclusively from first fill casks. The make-up of those selected is 61% Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and 39% Bourbon barrels. Like all other Dingle whiskeys this has not been chill filtered and has not had any additional colouring added.
Aged in Pedro Ximenez 61% and Bourbon barrels 39%. Triple-Distilled Single Malt

Tasting Notes: Nose: Lime zest, chopped mint and pear on the nose.
Flavour: Taste: Caramelised apple, raisins and vanilla. Finish: Honey Sweetness & Mixed Spice Linger On The Tongue
