This is one of our favourite Irish blends and for many of our staff it is a most reliable inexpensive whiskey. Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, this is a truly unique take on traditional Irish whiskey. Triple distilled, Single Malt and Single Pot Still. This is a marriage of heavenly proportions. The original signature blend was created by Bernard Walsh. Matured entirely in American Oak Bourbon barrels. It is a unique blend because it does not contain any inferior (and cheaper) grain whiskey. In actual fact it is better than many Irish single malts we have tried!

Tasting Notes: Nose: Caramel, honey and ginger.
Palate: Surprisingly full bodied with fudge, toffee, honey and spice flavours. Very good for the money.
