La Trucha is a white wine produced by the winery Notas Frutales de Albariño in Vilar, Crecente (Pontevedra), D.O. Rías Baixas. They make quality white wines with the Albariño grapes they harvest from their own vineyards, which are aged between 25 and 40 years old, located between 200 and 350 metres of altitude on the right bank of the Miño river.Harvesting is carried out manually, selecting the grapes in the vineyard.
