Tasting Notes: Mille951 from the Gavi Producers Cooperative in Piedmont is made from Cortese grapes grown in the vineyards of the classic area of the Gavi DOCG region. The vines are over 40 years old and grow in sandy calcareous-tuffaceous soils. It is a fresh, bright, balanced, aromatic and fruity white wine with a floral bouquet with delicate hints of hawthorn, lemon, green apple and honey.
