Returns Policy

Our aim is to make sure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.

If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 12 hours to make amendments.

Refunded orders must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition for the refund to be granted. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

Images on our website are their for illustration only and might not be an exact representation of the product – for example discontinued products, vintages – these are all subject to change. We will do our best to inform you if this is the case.

Cancelations

You may cancel your order but this must be done in email to orders@jusdevine.ie within 12 hours of purchasing.

If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact orders@jusdevine.ie to let us know that this is your intention an how you wish to do your return.
Please note that while we endeavour to keep our website up to date with the most recently stocked wines, natural vintage progression may result in you receiving a vintage other than that specified on the website.

You are responsible for returning your order to Jus De Vine.

1. Return a copy of the invoice highlighting the return items and Please write the reason for returning and the quantity.
2. Please put the order and invoice in the original packaging.
