Since the 2008 vintage, all Chablis that comes from Joseph Drouhin must also carry the name Vaudon, which comes from an old water mill on the river Serein that is owned by the family. The grapes for this Chablis come from a 6-hectare plot on the right bank of the Vauvilien Valley that is sandwiched between the Premier Cru vineyards of ‘Mont de Milieu’ and ‘Montee de Tonnerre‘.
