The fifth small batch single malt release to come from the Dingle Distillery which has been matured in ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Madeira casks. Distilled, matured and bottled at the Dingle Distillery.

Tasting Notes: Nose: The influence of the bourbon cask is immediately obvious. Crème brulee, salted caramel and molten honeycomb bombard the senses.

Palate: The heavyweight PX and Madeira casks punch through with sun dried raisins, creamy blossom honey and tiramisu laced with vanilla.

Finish: The sweet spice from the bourbon cask takes the curtain call rounding off the taste experience perfectly. Warm, lingering and mellow.
